Lost Grove Brewing Company was founded in 2017 in Boise, Idaho by Jacob Black. In 2022, they teamed up with local restaurateurs Dave Krick and his wife Jami Adams to purchase Woodland Empire Ale Craft, and rolled both organizations into the parent company Progress Through Beer. That same year, Lost-Grove Brewing was certified as a B Corporation.
